Internal Sirens

         Internal Siren
Internal siren blares,
Security checkpoint launches flares.
Shame obfuscates,
Truth suffocates.

In the blink of an eye,
Tumultuous waters ply.
Emotions toss about,
Soul's prolonged drought.

Cage's internal wandering pace,
Familiar path revealingly trace.
Silence siren deep inside,
Peaceful prairie to abide.
