Double Bind

Double Bind

In the double bind,
Where life's confined.
In that spot,
It's really hot.

Pressure builds,
Until pot filled.
What oozes out,
Boils from spout.

Deep within,
Buried sin.
Foments at core,
Is it ever restored?

About the Author:  Brian Bucks lives on a small horse ranch in Western Nebraska and is a husband, father, electrical engineer, and poet.
