Nectar
Nectar
Monarchs drift about sea of purple blossoms
alfalfa dances in turbulent breeze
Orange and black wings cling tight
guzzles sweet nectar as float away inebriated

Fading Days
Fading Days
Late purple blossoms
draw orange and black wings
to sip sweet nectar
before September frost puts alfalfa to sleep
