Black Cat (18-025Z)
White ring necked
cat
Black and stiff
Lifeless at side of
road
For three days
Tonight it is gone
Perhaps an eagle
Carried it away
Bones scattered in
nest
One swift moment
Life departs
Coldness of death
Sinks to its bone
